Uniform Paving & Sealcoating is a family-owned asphalt paving company based in Kingston, Georgia. The business has been in the Harrison family for four generations, and we hold the same standard of work on every job. We serve residential and commercial clients across Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Peter Harrison, founded or Uniform Paving & Sealcoating started our company four generations ago. He worked the septic tank trade before moving into paving. His son, Leonard Harrison Sr., learned the work from him and ran the business after him. Leonard Sr. taught his own son, Leonard “Leo” Harrison Jr., the same way, out on job sites, one driveway and parking lot at a time. Leo along with his sons runs Uniform Paving today. His two sons are the fourth generation in the business.
We pave driveways, parking lots, golf cart paths, and subdivisions across Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We also handle sealcoating, asphalt repair and maintenance, Permaflex coating, tar and chip surfacing, forestry mulching, land clearing, grading, excavation, demolition, and dump trucking.
We are BBB accredited in Georgia, where we have held accreditation since 2012, and in North Carolina, where we have been accredited since 2020. We are HomeAdvisor Screened and Approved. We grade and prepare the subbase before laying asphalt, because pavement that holds up depends on what happens before the first load of mix arrives. For property owners with existing asphalt, we sealcoat, patch cracks, resurface deteriorating areas, and apply Permaflex where the base is sound but the surface needs renewal.

DRIVER & TAR DISTRIBUTOR
Meet Phillip, an experienced asphalt truck driver and tar distributor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Phillip began his career as a truck driver and quickly developed a passion for asphalt paving. He worked his way up to become a tar distributor, mastering the intricate process of applying the sticky substance to pavement.
In addition to his work on the job site, Phillip is passionate about sharing his expertise with others. He frequently trains and mentors new operators, helping to ensure that the next generation of asphalt pavers are as skilled and dedicated as he is.
LEONARD HARRISON III

Meet Leonard III, an aspiring asphalt paver who has been exposed to the industry from a young age. Leonard is the son of, Owner Operator, Leonard Harrison and has spent his entire life immersed in the industry, helping his father on job sites and learning the ropes of the trade.
Over the years, Leonard has developed a deep understanding of asphalt paving techniques and equipment, and has honed his skills to become a skilled laborer and crew member. He is passionate about continuing his family’s legacy in the industry and is committed to providing exceptional service to every client.

He has worked on a wide variety of projects, from small driveways to large-scale highways and commercial parking lots.
Gary is known for his exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. He takes pride in his work and ensures that each project is completed with precision and care. Gary is highly skilled in operating different types of asphalt rollers and stays up-to-date on the latest industry trends and techniques.
