Uniform Paving & Sealcoating is a family-owned asphalt paving company based in Kingston, Georgia. Established in 2006 and backed by four generations of Harrison family paving experience, we provide residential and commercial asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and site preparation services across Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Our history began with Peter Harrison, who moved from septic work into paving. His son, Leonard Harrison Sr., learned the trade by working alongside him and later carried the family business forward. Leonard Sr. then taught his son, Leonard “Leo” Harrison Jr., through years of hands-on work on driveways, roads, and parking lots.
Today, Leo operates Uniform Paving with his two sons, who represent the fourth generation of our family in the paving trade.
We serve residential and commercial properties across Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Our services include asphalt paving, sealcoating, asphalt maintenance and repair, tar and chip surfacing, Permaflex®, parking lots, golf cart paths, subdivision roads, forestry mulching, land clearing, grading, excavation, demolition, and dump trucking.
We have held BBB accreditation in Georgia since 2012 and in North Carolina since 2020. We are fully insured, provide free on-site estimates, and supply a written quote before work begins.
Every property presents different conditions. A steep mountain driveway in Western North Carolina requires a different approach than a commercial parking lot in metro Atlanta. We evaluate the soil, slope, drainage, existing surface, and expected traffic before recommending the work. Proper preparation matters because lasting pavement begins with the base beneath it.
For existing asphalt, we assess the pavement before recommending sealcoating, crack repair, resurfacing, Permaflex®, or replacement. If the base is failing, we explain the problem instead of covering it with a temporary surface treatment.

Leonard Harrison
Owner Operator
Leonard “Leo” Harrison Jr. is the owner-operator of Uniform Paving & Sealcoating. He learned the paving trade through years of hands-on work alongside his father, Leonard Harrison Sr., and other experienced crew members.
Today, Leo oversees projects from the initial site evaluation through completion. His experience helps him assess drainage, base conditions, slope, traffic, and existing pavement before recommending the right approach. He works directly with customers and remains actively involved in the company’s paving operations.
MIKE BALDWIN
FOREMAN
Mike Baldwin is Uniform Paving’s foreman. He coordinates the crew, equipment, and daily work on the job site while helping each project stay organized and on schedule.
His practical paving experience helps the crew respond to changing site conditions and complete each stage of the work carefully. Mike takes pride in supporting his team and delivering dependable results for every customer.
PHILLIP
DRIVER & TAR DISTRIBUTOR
Phillip has more than 20 years of experience as a truck driver and tar distributor. His work includes transporting materials and applying asphalt binder with careful attention to coverage, temperature, and site conditions.
He also helps train less-experienced crew members by sharing the practical knowledge he has gained on job sites throughout his career. His experience supports an efficient paving process and consistent results in the field.
LEONARD HARRISON III
Paver Operator
Leonard Harrison III is a paver operator and fourth-generation member of the Harrison family paving business. He grew up around the trade and learned through hands-on work alongside his father, Leonard “Leo” Harrison Jr.
As part of the Uniform Paving crew, Leonard operates paving equipment and assists with site preparation, material placement, and other daily work. He takes pride in continuing his family’s trade and contributing to each project from preparation through completion.

Leonard Harrison III represents the fourth generation of the Harrison family in the paving trade. He grew up working alongside his father, Leonard “Leo” Harrison Jr., and learned the business through hands-on experience in the field.
As a paver operator, Leonard helps prepare job sites, place materials, and operate equipment throughout the paving process. He is proud to carry the family’s experience into the next generation.
